From breakfast to dessert, we’ve got fresh-made options. Served on our compostable balsam wood trays, these make practical and beautiful options for any group. Pre-order trays below for pick up at least a week out.
Scratch-made scones
Our large scone tray features 24 mini scones, including 12 chocolate cherry scones and 12 bacon cheddar scones. Our mini scones are ideal for offering a little bite. For meal times, we recommend allowing for guests to eat at least two scones each.
Our small scone trays features 6 mini scones of a single variety: cinnamon honey or bacon cheddar chive. Our mini scones are ideal for offering a little bite. For meal times, we recommend allowing for guests to eat at least two cookies each.
Freshly made Sandwiches
Our baguette sandwich tray features 12 half-sized sandwiches, allowing for 12 lighter servings or 6 meal-sized servings. Our mini sandwiches also allow guests to eat as much or as little as they’d like and to enjoy a variety of sandwich fillings.
Local Cheese & Charcuterie
Our cheese tray features 3 local heroes, including: Four Fat Fowl’s St. Stephen cheese, Jake’s Baby Gouda, and Hudson Valley Cheese Co.’s Vintage Cheddar. These three NYS cheeses not only boast incredible flavor, they have mass appeal. Through all of the cheese tastings we have hosted at Arthur’s these three consistently rise to the top as group favorites. Additionally, we believe their flavors and textures compliment each other offering your guests a delicious variety.
Our charcuterie tray features NYS producer Jacuterie’s sliced sopressata and finocchiona salami with fennel, garlic, and black pepper. It also features a vegan fig “salami” by Hellenic Farms of NJ. We chose this selection for quality, variety, and appeal. Additionally, we believe these three options pair well with our local cheese tray!

Our large cookie tray features 32 mini cookies, including 8 chocolate chip, 8 molasses, 8 chocolate crinkle, and 8 cherry almond biscotti. Our mini cookies are ideal for offering a little sweet snack. For more decadent occasions, we recommend allowing for guests to eat at least two cookies each.
