Our friends from The Gluten Free Bao Company are hosting their first pop up at Arthur's for this Friday's Evening Hours! No BLT's for this one, but we will have our usual craft beer, wine, cider, and mocktails along with our ice cream sandwiches and affogatos.

MENU:
$6 per bao, or 3 for $15

Classic Gua Bao: braised pork belly, pickles, scallions, hoisin, sriracha

HMS Bao-nty: triple flash fried fish, Sichuan chili oil, scallions

Ma-Bao tofu (vegetarian): crispy tofu, mapo tofu sauce, scallions

Fried Bao-nuts: deep fried bao “donuts", cinnamon sugar, miso caramel

We'll also be selling our 6-packs of bao buns for $12 each, or 2 for $22.
