Virtually any chocolate is good chocolate, but what makes a bar really great? Discover what makes a quality bar, explore three different types of chocolate (white, milk, and dark), and learn the basic principles of flavor pairings.

In this class, we will delve into the topics above by tasting a flight of different chocolates including:

  • An example of "bad" chocolate (for context)

  • An example of delicious white chocolate

  • A white chocolate pairing

  • An example of great milk chocolate

  • A milk chocolate pairing

  • An example of great dark chocolate

  • A dark chocolate pairing

  • And a couple bonus tasters including an ruby chocolate and a vegan chocolate
