This sit-down affair will include three courses: cheese & charcuterie, dinner, and dessert. We will also be serving wine throughout the evening and offering coffee for those who might like a digestive after dinner.

Cheese & Charcuterie
Our cheese tray features 3 local heroes, including: Four Fat Fowl’s St. Stephen cheese, Jake’s Baby Gouda, and Hudson Valley Cheese Co.’s Vintage Cheddar. (GF)
Our charcuterie tray features NYS producer Jacuterie’s sliced sopressata and finocchiona salami with fennel, garlic, and black pepper. It also features a vegan fig “salami” by Hellenic Farms of NJ. (GF)
Main Course
Roast chicken with garlic, lemon, and capers on a bed of roast potatoes and onion. (GF)
Tri-color quinoa salad with scallions, red cabbage, roast red pepper, celery, green olives, feta, and a lemon dijon vinaigrette with fresh parsley. (GF, V)
Mixed greens with radishes, dried cranberries, toasted pipits, and feta with an orange vinaigrette. (GF, V)
Dessert
House-made ice cream sandwiches featuring vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate chip cookies.
