In this tasting, we will compare young and old cheddar from Hudson Valley Cheese, gouda from Jake’s Gouda, and goat cheese from Lively Run Farm to understand first hand the role of aging in cheese making.
Weather permitting, we will hold this event on Arthur’s patio. Otherwise, we’ll use the space inside the cafe. Space is limited so grab your tickets early.
